1. This giveaway is run by Olga Klofac Photography.
2. You must be 18 or over to participate in this giveaway.
3. Only one entry per household is permitted– multiple entries from the same household will be eliminated.
4. By entering your email address you are giving permission to Olga Klofac Photography to contact you for marketing purposes. You can unsubscribe at any time.
5. The closing date for entries is 22^nd October 2023 at 6pm.
6. One winner will receive a Cherub mini session for their baby worth €99.
7. Your baby must be 3-11 month old.
8. This prize is not changeable to any other type of session or products.
9. The photo session will take place on 24^th October 2023 at 9:30. If the winner is not able to attend on this day, the prize will be withdrawn from the winner.
10. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered.
11. Winner will be chosen at random.
12. The winner agrees to the use of their name and images in any publicity material.
13. Olga Klofac Photography reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
