Why did you say yes to this campaign? What was your WHY to participate?
I don’t ike photos of myself, but when I saw Olga’s beautiful work I felt she was the one to help me change that.
Tell me a little about you and your story:
Like a lot of people life has had ups and downs and for the first time in many years my confidence is back and I feel ready for life’s next challenges. I am now creating a completely new life, a new home for myself and my boys, studying towards a new career and obsessed with yoga. Life is wonderful. I just wish I had all of this confidence when I was younger!
What do you see when you look in the mirror?
An ageing but content woman

Happy. Confident. Kind.
Do you feel like you have changed since turning 40?
I have changed alot since my 50th birthday! I felt when it happened that now was the time to cancel, clear and delete anything negative from my life, be it an unhealthy long term relationship, unhealthy life style and a lack of courage in fighting for what I believe I deserve in life.
What advice would you give to your younger self about caring for yourself?
Listen to your instinct and act straight away without fear
What do you consider self-love?
Personal time in looking after myself eg: health and fitness and also knowing when to stop and relax for myself to recharge.
What do you love most about your new portraits? Is there something new you discovered about yourself?
I love the natural colors and it’s pretty obvious by my portraits how relaxed and happy I felt during our shoot. I don’t consider myself photogenic so what I discovered through the day and also with Olga’s expertise is that I can appreciate a photo of myself at last.
What was your favourite part of working with me?
My favourite part of working with Olga was her wonderful relaxed approach to our shoot, her love of natural warm colours, her openness to an idea I had myself and her amazing creativity! It’s a wonderful experience to meet a photographer that’s so unique and contemporary in her style. We love Olga and her fabulous sunny personality.
