Where do you deliver?
Orders are only delivered within the Republic of Ireland.
How much is the shipping?
You can choose from:
A) Free collection from Olga Klofac Photography, Bellaghy, Charlestown, Co. Mayo, or
B) €9.99 delivery to your address
When will I get my order?
Each order is custom made abroad in a professional lab and takes 3-4 weeks to be finished.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with me at Olga@mayophotographer.ie with your order number.
I received a damaged product, what should I do?
The quality of every order is checked before sending to a customer, but if the product you ordered got damaged in transit, please email me at Olga@mayophotographer.ie within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
What’s your Returns & Refunds policy?
Returns and refunds are not possible as due to the nature of photography it is custom made for you and has no value to anyone else. If your order got damaged in transit, please contact me within 2 days of delivery and I’ll get a replacement for you as soon as possible.
